How to place an order?

Search for your favourite article(s) and add them to your shopping bag. Just like strolling down the shopping streets or browsing through a catalogue. The difference at our online shop is that it allows you to search through preferred categories and filter your search results. Found the perfect pair of pumps, the ideal sandal or the greatest pair of boots? Select your size and add the article to your shopping bag. Whenever you’ve finished shopping, you will find your items in the shopping bag, ready to order them directly online!

Can I change or cancel a placed order?

Since the placed orders are quickly processed in our systems, in order to make sure the items will get to you as soon as possible, it is not possible to change or cancel an order that you’ve placed. In case you’re not satisfied about the item or whenever you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong items, you are able to return the items to us free of charge.

When will my order be delivered?

For delivery addresses in the Netherlands: Orders placed on workdays before 22:30 PM will be delivered the next day.

For delivery addresses in other EU-countries: Orders placed on workdays before 16:00 PM will be processed the same day. Transit times depend on the country of destination, however your order will be delivered within 6 workdays. We deliver to all European countries.

Do I pay for the shipment/delivery?

When placing an order with a total amount of costs above €100,- we will not charge any shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged for orders with a total amount below €100,-. The amount of shipping costs charged vary per country (this amount will be visible in the check-out). When your order initially has a total amount above €100,- but after returning items the total amount ends up below €100,-, shipping costs will still be calculated and charged afterwards.

Can I track the status of my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via e-mail. Through the website of DHL For You, you’ll be able to see the current status of your order so that you are up to date on when the package will be delivered.

Payment

Which payment methods are there?

You are free to choose your preferred payment method:

- Safe and easy through iDeal, PayPal or Mister Cash

- Via a secured credit card transaction (MasterCard, Visa, eMaestro or V PAY)

Is it possible to pay after I received the articles?

Yes, but up until now this is only available for Dutch visitors. Blink Shoes offers various payment methods, including AfterPay. You’ll receive a digital invoice via email which asks you to pay the open amount of your order within 14 days. AfterPay has to authorize your request to make use of their services, they will do so by conducting a credit check. In the unlikely event that your request is not authorised, you are very welcome to make use of another payment method.

Is payment safe?

Payment is handled and processed in a secured environment and through a secured connection. Our well-known payment partner Buckaroo handles the payments. Your privacy is protected and guaranteed during the entire (payment) process.

I received a payment reminder, but I already paid.

It could happen that the payment and the time payment reminders are sent cross each other, which leads to you receiving a payment reminder while you already paid. If this is the case, you may disregard the reminder.

Returns

Can I return items free of charge?

The following return instructions only apply to customers from Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands

Yes, you are allowed to return your article(s) free of charge. Please contact us via info@supportblink.com to make an appointment, GLS will then pick up the package on the agreed date. As soon as you’ve made your appointment with one of our colleagues, we’ll send you the track & trace information via e-mail, so you’ll be able to track the status of your returned package.

As soon as we received the returned items, you’ll receive a confirmation via email.

Customers from any other country than Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands are not allowed to send back free of charge.

For customers from any other country than Germany, Belgium or The Netherlands, other return instructions apply. We kindly ask you to return the goods via your local post service. Please bear in mind that Blink is not responsible for this return shipment and we therefore always advice you to ask for a proof of handing in the package as well as a track & trace code. Bronx will not cover the costs for the return shipment. Please send back your goods (accompanied by the return form) to:

Within what time-frame am I allowed to return articles?

You may return items within 14 workdays after receiving your order.

How do I return items?

Please make sure to always send the articles back in the original shoe-box, and make sure there is another box around the shoe-box. The shoes may not be damaged during transport. Add the original return label in your package and indicate which articles are sent back and why.

When will my money be refunded?

Your money will be refunded within approximately 1 week after we’ve received your returned goods.

I have chosen to pay via AfterPay and I have sent some (or all) items back, what happens to my AfterPay invoice?

We will adjust the information as soon as we receive the articles. You will receive an adjusted AfterPay invoice.
